1. Service Description

Scolo Travel ("we," "us," or "our") provides an application assistance service that helps users prepare and submit UK Standard Visitor Visa applications via WhatsApp. We guide you through the information collection process, help organise your supporting documents, and submit your application on your behalf.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

We assist with the preparation and submission of your visa application, but we do not guarantee visa approval. All visa decisions are made solely by UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI). We have no influence over, and accept no responsibility for, the outcome of any visa application.

3. Not Immigration Legal Advice

Our service is an application assistance service and does not constitute immigration legal advice. We are not a law firm, and we are not registered immigration advisors. If you require legal advice regarding your immigration matter, we recommend consulting a qualified immigration solicitor or advisor.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times
  • Respond to our messages in a timely manner to avoid delays in your application
  • Supply valid, genuine documents as requested (passport, bank statements, etc.)
  • Review your application details before we submit on your behalf
  • Inform us promptly of any changes to your circumstances or travel plans

5. Fees and Refunds

Our application assistance fees are communicated to you before you proceed with the service. Please note:

  • Fees are non-refundable once your application has been submitted to UKVI
  • If your application cannot be submitted due to an error on our part, you are entitled to a full refund of our service fee
  • Government visa fees (paid to UKVI) are separate from our service fee and are subject to UKVI's own refund policy
  • We reserve the right to update our fees at any time; any changes will not affect applications already in progress

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any visa refusals, delays, or adverse decisions made by UKVI
  • We are not liable for any consequential losses arising from a visa refusal (e.g., missed flights, accommodation costs, lost business opportunities)
  • Our maximum liability to you is limited to the total service fees you have paid to us
  • We are not responsible for delays or errors caused by information you provide

7. Data Handling

We collect and process personal data as necessary to provide our service. For full details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. If you wish to stop using our service, simply let us know via WhatsApp. If we terminate the service before submission due to a breach of these terms, no refund will be issued. Your personal data will be retained and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
